Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy outlines the procedures and requirements for canceling services purchased from Super Power IT Consultant. Since we deal exclusively with digital services, consulting, and payment solutions, cancellation generally relates to the termination of an active service agreement or subscription.

1. Cancellation of Subscription and Retainer Services

This section applies to recurring services, such as monthly or annual retainer contracts, software subscriptions, or ongoing payment gateway usage agreements.

  • Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to the Service until that date, and you will not be billed for the following month. We do not offer partial refunds for the current month’s service fee.
  • Annual Subscriptions: You may cancel your annual subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current annual term. You will retain access to the Service for the remainder of the paid year. Refunds for unused portions of annual subscriptions are generally not available unless specifically provided for in your executed Service Agreement.
  • Payment Gateway Service Agreement: Cancellation of the primary payment facilitation service requires a formal written notice as detailed in your Master Service Agreement (MSA). Specific terms regarding wind-down periods, data retention, and final fees will be governed by the MSA.

2. Cancellation of Project-Based Consulting Services

This section applies to custom IT projects, specific development tasks, or fixed-scope consulting contracts purchased from us.

  • Before Commencement: If you cancel a fixed-scope project before any work has commenced (e.g., before the scheduled kickoff or discovery phase), you are eligible for a full refund of any advance payments or deposits made, minus any administrative processing fees incurred.
  • After Commencement (Work in Progress): If you cancel a project after work has officially begun, the following applies:
    • We will calculate all fees owed for the work completed up to the date we receive your written cancellation notice.
    • Any advance payments or deposits exceeding the value of the completed work will be refunded to you.
    • If the value of the completed work exceeds the payments received, you will be billed for the outstanding balance.
    • All intellectual property rights and deliverables related to the completed portion of the work will be transferred to you upon final payment.

3. How to Submit a Cancellation Request

All cancellation requests must be submitted formally to ensure accurate processing and termination of billing.

  1. Written Notice: Send an email detailing your request to cancel to our Billing and Accounts team at baxi70855@gmail.com.
  2. Required Information: Your request must include:
    • Your Company Name
    • The specific service or subscription you wish to cancel
    • Your Account ID or Transaction ID
    • The reason for cancellation (for internal quality purposes)

4. Policy on Service Suspension

Super Power IT Consultant reserves the right to suspend or terminate your service access immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms and Conditions, including failure to make timely payment for any services rendered. Upon suspension or termination for cause, refunds for any unused service period may be forfeited.
